Registration Rates

The rates listed here are updated for the 2018 Conference. Please note that we have three registration windows and our rates change based on when you register. To get the best deal, make sure you’re a PASA member and register early! Registration will open soon.


PASA members who have renewed through the last day of the 2018 Conference (or beyond) receive a significant discount on conference registration fees. You will be directed to check your membership status and be given the opportunity to join or renew at the start of your registration process (the membership transaction is separate from the registration transaction). If you are current through the end of the conference, you’ll get access to the member rates.


All paid registrations will receive a confirmation of purchase. Please note that payment must be received in full before January 30th. If registration is not paid in full by January 30th, on-site pricing will be applied. Registrants who provide their email address will receive an electronic confirmation.

Discounts & Scholarships

Children under the age of 5 years should register, but there is no charge for attendance. Meals may be purchased during the registration process or cash can be paid for a la carte items at the Farmers Market Cafe (for Friday and Saturday lunches).

There is a special registration form for those wishing to apply for a Scholarship or the WorkShare Program. You will receive instructions about how to register for the conference once your application is received; do not register until you receive those instructions. Awards will be made as applications are received.

Ways to Support PASA!

You’ll find two ways to support PASA when you register.

Become a Friend of the Conference for a $100+ tax-deductible donation – this helps us to keep our registration rates lower and cover some of the costs of planning the conference.

You can also give to the Arias M. Brownback Memorial Scholarship Fund in the amount of your choice – we use these funds to bring young and/or aspiring farmers to the conference who otherwise could not attend.

Cancellation Policy

  • Requests received by January 12, 2018 are eligible for an 85% refund.
  • Requests received by January 30, 2018 are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Requests received after January 30, 2018 are not eligible for a refund.
  • Meals cannot be refunded after January 8th.

In the case of extreme weather or family emergencies, deviations from our cancellation policy will be made on a case-by-case basis. All requests for special consideration must be made in writing and will be considered after the conference.

Trade Show Only Access

Trade Show Pass Free We want you to experience the conference, even if it’s just for a little while! If you are interested in seeing the Trade Show, stop by the Registration Desk to sign out the pass. Good for up to two hours. Keynotes, workshops, other programming, the continental breakfast and social hours not included. See the schedule page for Trade Show hours.

Pre-Order your Conference T-shirt

Shirts may not be available on site!

Pre-order a commemorative 2018 Farming for the Future Conference T-shirt when you register. The shirt features our conference theme imagery. These lightweight shirts are 100%  Organic, high-quality cotton and made in California. Sizes range from Men’s Small to XXL or Women’s XS to XXL. You must be present at the conference to pick up your shirt, or have it picked up for you as we are unable to ship them.
